To Whom it May Concern:
My name is Ronnie Lowe and I work for Carla Petroleum Company of Dallas. Monica Marquez worked for me for about six years in the Oil and Gas business. She is very skillful on computers and a very good employee. Monica was also very skillful in courthouse work, curative work, leasing and any other types of work you asked her to do. She is a very dependable worker and I would recommend her for any job. I wish the oil and gas business was better and she could go back to work for Carla.
Monica is a very good employee and would be a great asset to any type of business. Any other questions I can help you with I will be glad to answer.

Re: Letter of Recommendation Mon ica Marquez
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Monica Marquez was employed by this firm as an independent professional landman for a period of over ten years. Monica's primary area of work was the Bamett Shale Gas Field in Parker and Ta1rnnt Counties, Texas. This field is a challenging work environment due to the complexity resu lting from l arge numbers of small property owners being mixed in with professional real estate and oil companies. Every conceivable title and personal problem imaginable is manifested in the urban Barnett Shale. Monica was not intimidated by the volume or complexity of the work. She proved to be an eager learner and requ ired only basic instruction before catching on and performing tasks independently. She was required to fotmulate chains of title for abstracts and prepare and perform curative requirements to perfect title for drilling purposes. She performed these duties with persistence and efficiency.
Monica also was required to interact with lessors in the pursuit of acquiring oil and gas
leases. She was effective in this role and proved to be likeable and trustworthy in the eyes of the folks she was doing business with. Her bilingual capabilities were especially helpful in certain areas. Lease buying is not a task everyone can master. Preparation of the requisite lease form and lease purchase reports requires attention to detail and good writing skills. Additionally, one must be able to present one's self and client in a favorable l ight through conversation over the telephone and in person.
Monica was a team player and valued member of this fttm who happened to get caught in the oil patch downturn. She was well thought of by her peers and management and I feel she has the motivation and work experience skill set to make a good employee. She will be ahead of most of her work mates with problem solving and life experience due to her time spent as a landman.
Very truly yours,
