Born Winner Ranch, a 185 acre horse ranch approximately 15 miles north of Weatherford, TX is actively looking to hire Laborer(s) / Groundskeeper(s) to help maintain property, facilities and help with other general upkeep to the Ranch.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Mowing and Weed Wacking - Spraying for weeds - Fixing Fence - Painting Fence - Trimming Trees - Cleaning up and disposing of tree branches and leaves - Cleaning up barns and maintaining cleanliness (cleaning manure, spraying off/out dirt, dust, bugs and other debris, etc.

) - Dumping all trash in all buildings - Making sure both indoor and outdoor arenas are worked/ watered/drug and ready to go - Cleaning loafing sheds, feeders and waterers - Keeping roads clean and clear of debris and trash - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices - Familiar with power tools and equipment used to maintain property ( bobcat, tractor, mower, weed wacker, etc.

) -Keeping all equipment clean and maintained (side by side's, tractors, bobcat, mowers, etc.

) - Keeping shop cleaned and organized Requirements:
- Must be dependable, on time, and be able to communicate with owners and other ranch supervisors - Must be honest, ethical and have excellent communication skills - Must be able to work flexible hours - Must be 18 years of age or older -Must be able to speak English so we can communicate, English is not required as first language - Must be self-motivated Not required but knowledge of plumbing, water wells, electrical, Hvac, garage door maintenance Pay will depend on qualifications and experience.
