Generate leads through many methods, including face-to-face interaction, phone calls, texts, and emails Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events Develop strategies for using social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to generate leads Maintain a close watch for what the competition is offering, and build a plan to sell to prospects
Qualifications:
Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred Strong customer service experience is necessary for this position You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals About Company Our team specializes in offering auto, home, life commercial, health and other insurance services.
