TCAP was established to end animal overpopulation and improve community animal welfare by providing low-cost preventative services throughout North Texas.
TCAP's Clinic Manager is responsible for overall operations of the assigned clinic, including managing staff, ensuring proper customer service, proper patient care, facilities maintenance, and administrative functions of the clinic.
Some of the duties include:
Oversees the staff of the clinic to include training, monitoring, coaching etc.
Oversees client service to ensure staff are following TCAP client service standards.
Oversees client flow to ensure clients and patients are seen and treated in a professional, timely and competent manner.
Handles client questions and escalated complaints.
Meets and communicates regularly with other Clinic Managers and Administration regarding staff and clinic issues.
Ensures policies and procedures of TCAP are followed and the clinic is run in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensures budgeted clinic goals are achieved and cost objectives are met.
Assists staff during the day including filling in for various positions as needed.
Reviews and ensures daily paperwork entries and payments are completed correctly and efficiently.
Attends regular meetings as needed.
Travels to other clinic locations as needed.
The following are the requirements for this position:
HS diploma or GED.
Must have at least 5 years veterinary clinic office experience in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory experience required.
Must have extensive knowledge of veterinary medical concepts, including but not limited to vaccine protocols and anesthetic risks.
Must be able to communicate surgical results, observations and follow up care with owners.
Must be knowledable of the characteristics of animal behavior.
Must be proficient in animal restraint.
Must be able to administer shots and be able to draw blood on animals.
Must be able to lead others in a fast paced enviornment and in emergency sitiations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
