Ensure all dietary staff complete cleaning schedule Follow a weekly sanitation check-off list and the daily monitor form Staff:
Ensure all dietary staff are in proper uniform Ensure staff have good personal hygiene o Clean uniform o Low fingernails with no polish o Hair nets o Beard covers Handle call-ins - make Dietary Supervisor aware then attempt to find proper coverage.
If unable to cover, Assistant needs to come in and work.
If Assistant is already working, make Supervisor aware to come in to work.
If a shift is short, the assistant may be asked to stay over to help.
Monitor staff cell phone use and document per policy Monitor temperature logs.
Mediate issues, disagreements, etc.
, with staff and address family and resident concerns if Dietary Supervisor is not available.
Must be able to perform the duties of cook, dietary aide and dishwasher.
