Currently, seeking a coordinator for our project management team.
Must have a strong background in construction within the Commercial/ Public Construction Industry.
Description:
This roll will provide support to senior project manager(s).
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Update active project spreadsheets Submit closeout documents for all jobs Architectural plan review Proofread submittal documents Coordinate with departments as needed Ship samples via small parcel carriers Monitor schedules, ensure all pertinent details are relayed to all stake holders in a timely manner Review/proof work and/or documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation errors, etc.
Responsible for adequate record retention Project specific, transmit submittal documents Submit new order documents to vendors, track, file, and process change orders Email/phone communication with clients and vendors, as directed by senior project manager Additional duties as assigned Requirements:
Microsoft Applications Exhibit strong reading comprehension Familiarity interpreting construction plans and specifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines, as necessary Exceptional attention to detail Must be able to work under pressure Innovate, self-motivated, flexible team player with a positive attitude Dependable transportation Professional appearance Attend meetings offsite with clients and vendors Job Type:
