The Position:
We are currently looking for an on-site Commercial Construction Project Managerwith remodel/ground up experience.
It is critical that they have substantial experience in the commercial construction industry and running large scale projects in a prior position that required the exercise of judgment and discretion.

Requirements:
Several years of experience in the construction industry, including experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent, are usually required.
Substantial experience in remodel/ground up commercial construction Capable of managing a project through leadership, communication, and planning Strong understanding of construction methods and blueprints reading Ability to meet fast paced and dynamic schedules and deadlines.
Excellent Communication, time management and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must be decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays Proactive approach to problem-solving, and process improvement
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of a construction project Material take-offs, ordering and delivery coordination Negotiate contracts and revisions, changes/additions to contractual agreements with clients and subcontractors Coordination and communication with client/customer construction manager.
On-site supervision of Superintendents and subcontractors Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors Permit Maintenance Submittal issuance Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position which will typically involve 50
hours a week.
Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and emergencies at the job site.
Travel Travel is required.
The Project Manager will make frequent site visits (our projects are in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas).
