Primary duties include heavy data entry, proofreading records and forms, prepare mailings, filing and file management, type labels, copying, scanning, reception, running errands, and various clerical projects as needed.
Candidate should be a well-rounded individual who thinks outside the box to complete tasks expeditiously and can work independently.
Qualifications:
- Advanced computer skills - Mac experience - Excellent experience with Microsoft Office 365 in Word, Excel, Outlook, Exchange Online (email, calendar, tasks) - Ten-Key by touch - Proofreading and editing skills - Should have strong research and organizational skills - Able to use various office equipment including copiers, printers, scanners, etc.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful - Must have Valid Driver's License - Must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs We are located West of Weatherford off IH 20.
The hours are full-time.
