Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team.
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, accounts payable, and preparing financial reports.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in month end closing, accrual accounting, and financial analysis.
Duties:
As a Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization Responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including financial reporting, analysis, and compliance Assist financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, cash flow, general ledger, payroll, and utilities This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment of a growing family company Month-End Close:
Help the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Assist Accounting Manager in ad hoc reporting and projects as needed
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3 -5 years strong financial reporting experience Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role Proficiency in Quickbooks Online or similar accounting software Solid understanding of accrual accounting principles Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills both orally and in written form We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.
